Who we are

ForgeAI Co (ABN 12 610 754 135) is an AI automation studio based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We build custom AI systems — voice receptionists, chat agents, workflow automation and related tooling — for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Website chatbot. Before continuing a conversation, our assistant asks for your name, email address and phone number. Your messages and those details are stored in our secure database (the chat_leads record) so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Enquiry form. The qualifying form at the bottom of our site collects your name, email, phone number, industry, the services you're interested in, your budget range, your main bottleneck and how you heard about us. These are stored as a form_submissions record.
• Basic analytics. We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referrer and approximate location. This is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, follow up about AI automation services, prepare proposals, and deliver work you engage us for. Submissions are also emailed to our team inbox so nothing gets missed. We do not use your information for automated decision-making about you, and we do not send bulk marketing you haven't asked for.

We don't sell your information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our communications (hosting, database and email delivery), and only so they can operate that service on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by Australian law.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local browser storage — to remember your cookie choice and to collect anonymous analytics. You can clear or block these at any time in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Storage and retention

Enquiry data is held in access-controlled cloud infrastructure and kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required for our business records. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your choices
